Maritime Law is a discipline where GOÑI & CO. has earned a solid reputation both in Spain and abroad, for the most part involving disputes arising from bills of lading, charter-parties, ship-building and sale and purchase contracts, salvage, collisions and other maritime casualties, including environmental pollution.

GOÑI & CO. regularly also provides advise in drafting and revision of all related contracts (shipping building and finance, mortgages, charter parties, etc…), and assistance to Owners, Charterers, P & I, and crew members.
